What is your return policy for boots that don't fit?
We offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. Boots must be in unworn, original condition with all tags attached. Please try them on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the leather outsoles.
How should I care for my exotic leather boots?
Exotic leathers like ostrich, alligator, and snakeskin require specific conditioners. We recommend using a non-darkening exotic leather conditioner every 3-6 months to prevent cracking and maintain the natural oils.
Can I have my boots resoled through Texas Boot Ranch?
While we do not perform in-house repairs, we partner with master cobblers in Texas and can provide recommendations for high-quality resoling and refurbishment services to extend the life of your boots.
Do you offer international shipping?
