Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to generate and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, attach the return label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our ranch warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
